All ticket sales are final unless stated otherwise in the event's specific refund policy. Pricing may change based on availability, demand, or organizer discretion. Additional taxes and fees may apply.
4.3 Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Refund policies are determined by individual organizers. Blitz is not responsible for financial disputes arising from cancellations, reschedules, or dissatisfaction. All refund requests should be directed to the event organizer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.4 Right to Refuse Access
Blitz and its partners reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any event based on misconduct, safety concerns, or violations of event guidelines.
5. Code of Conduct
All users must engage respectfully while using Blitz and attending affiliated events. The following behaviors are prohibited:
Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct
Event disruption or platform abuse
Impersonation of individuals or brands
Posting harmful, false, or illegal content
Unauthorized advertising or spamming
Violation of this code may result in suspension or termination from the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All platform content, designs, trademarks, visuals, and code belong to Blitz or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized usage is strictly forbidden.
6.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting content (event listings, comments, images, etc.) to Blitz, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content within our Services. You confirm that your submissions do not infringe upon third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitz and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of data or revenue
Event disruptions or cancellations
Unauthorized account access
Errors in event information
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you’ve paid to Blitz in the past six months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blitz and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Blitz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior. You may also request account deletion by contacting us directly.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Chennai.
14. Entire Agreement
